I have always been someone into sport and fitness and started the gym at a young age but never really knew the correct route to take when it came to workouts, programmes and nutrition.
Over the last couple of years with the help of Rhys I have managed to maintain a regular routine and follow a well structured and detailed training programme, bespoke to my chosen physique.
